1Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the s400 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must not use this platform.
To use the s400 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum age required by the laws of your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
- Not be prohibited from using online betting services under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
- Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.
S400 reserves the right to decline any registration application or terminate any account that fails to meet any of the above requirements at any time without prior notice.

2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When registering for an s400 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in your account being suspended or closed immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. s400 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system for personal gain.
3Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the s400 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). s400 supports a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and Malaysian internet banking. Available payment methods may vary from time to time based on operational requirements.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change without prior notice.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the account holder's name only.
- S400 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any deposit or withdrawal that exceeds certain limits.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to security assessment.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.
- S400 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
4Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
S400 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or related losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised access to your account.
The s400 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors.
S400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Failure to provide the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Abusive behaviour directed at support staff or other users.
- Attempting to manipulate the system or exploit promotions in an unauthorised manner.
5Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the s400 platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, and software code, is the exclusive property of s400 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from s400.
The s400 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. s400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.
S400 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Malaysian law applies to all disputes relating to the use of the s400 platform.
